What is myServices?

MyServices enables you to access your Redland City Council account information.

What is myServices quickPay?

Using your credit card and without logging in, you can pay rates and renew animal registrations (if your animal is already registered with Redland City Council).

Why should I register for myServices?

By registering and receiving a secure password, you can log in to myServices to:
  • Pay your rates
  • View your property details
  • View and print your rate notices
  • View your household water consumption
  • View a map of your property
  • Complete new registrations for cats and dogs
  • Pay animal registration renewal fees
  • Complete an online property search
  • Submit requests for services via our Fixit form

What information do I need to register for myServices?

You'll need to provide:
  • your name, address and a valid email address
  • a unique username, and password, which needs seven or more characters, including capital letter/s and digit/s to make sure its’ a strong and safe password
  • a unique Secret Question/Answer. Please write these down and keep them safe
  • the reference number shown on your rate notice if you are a property owner

What browser requirements are necessary to use myServices?

Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox. We design for a minimum 1024x768 screen resolution. Cookies and Javascript must be enabled.

What if I forget my username?

If you forget your username, simply click on the Contact Us link on the top right of the myServices screens and email or call us and after confirming a few details with you we can help.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply click on the Forgotten Password link on the log-in screen. You will be prompted to enter your username and to answer your secret question. After successfully validating this information, you will be asked to enter and confirm a new password.

If I have a myServices account, will I still continue to receive a paper bill?

Yes you will at this time.

How secure is the myServices account and personal information?

Redland City Council uses the strongest type of encryption available to make your personal information unreadable as it passes over the Internet. We will never share your personal information for commercial purposes or with any third parties.
